Voicemail saying I have a claim but no company name

I keep getting this voicemail from a woman named Deborah Chase saying she’s with CSP and something about an order that got resubmitted to her office. She says she verified my address and wants to present me with a formal claim. Then she says I already had a chance to contact the firm and now I have to call them at 866-202-9848. She says it’s my final and only notification, and she repeats that twice.

No company name on the voicemail, no idea what order she’s talking about. I never ordered anything that would go to some office like that. I haven’t called the number because it feels strange. I just keep getting this same message over and over.

Got a weird voicemail about some order I never placed

So I got this call from 877-678-1510 and it was a message from someone named Deborah Chase with CSP. She said something about an order that got resubmitted to her office and that she verified my address to give me some formal claim. I never ordered anything or signed up for anything like that. She said I already had a chance to contact some firm and I chose not to, which isn't true because I don't even know what she's talking about. Then she said I have until she reaches me personally to call this firm at 866-202-9848. She said it's my final and only notification. It just felt off, like a phishing thing. I didn't lose any money but I don't want them calling me again.
