Debt collector calling about an order I never heard of
She said I already had a chance to contact the firm and I chose not to. That’s not true, I never got any notice before this. Then she said I have until she reaches me personally to call the firm at 866-849-7165. She said it was my final and only notification.
The whole thing just feels off. No company name on anything, just a phone number. I didn’t lose any money but it’s frustrating getting these calls.
Phone call about a resubmitted order I never made
She said I already had a chance to contact the firm about it and I chose not to. Then she said I have until she rates me personally to call them at 866-202-4031. She said this was my final and only notification. I lost $6000 because of this. It feels like identity theft and I dont know what to do.
Phone call about a claim from someone named Deborah Chase
I asked her to send me something in writing but she just kept pushing me to talk right then. Felt strange so I didn't give her any info. No money lost but I'm pretty sure it's phishing. Just wanted to put it out there.
