Phone call about a resubmitted order I never made

I got a call from someone named Deborah Chase saying she was with CSP. She said something about an order that got resubmitted to her office and that she verified my address to give me a formal claim. I have no idea what order shes talking about.

She said I already had a chance to contact the firm about it and I chose not to. Then she said I have until she rates me personally to call them at 866-202-4031. She said this was my final and only notification. I lost $6000 because of this. It feels like identity theft and I dont know what to do.

Phone call about a claim from someone named Deborah Chase

Got a call from this number (833) 393-4613. Woman said her name was Deborah Chase and she was from CSP. She said she had some kind of claim on her desk and I needed to respond to it right away. Didn't say what the claim was about or give any company details.

I asked her to send me something in writing but she just kept pushing me to talk right then. Felt strange so I didn't give her any info. No money lost but I'm pretty sure it's phishing. Just wanted to put it out there.
