Paid for a swing arm and never got it, Omar Salar just gives me the run around

I paid for a swing arm from these people and never got it. The guy I dealt with is Omar Salar. I tried contacting him but he just gives me the run around.

I paid through ***** and sent $1040.00. They have a phone number (505) 999-0555 and an address at 115 e albuquerque st in Roswell NM. Also an email [email protected]. I just want my part or my money back.
