Kickstarter VIP deposit link never came after I paid

This company made a website and a Kickstarter campaign. The Kickstarter said I could become a VIP for just $1.99 so I clicked the link and went to their website to do the deposit.

They sent out emails saying they would send a special discount link when the campaign launched. It launched on April 15 and I still did not get any link. I paid the $2.00 and got nothing back. No reply or anything.
