Ordered jeans online, got sent the wrong items and the store vanished

I bought two pairs of jeans from a company called Cult Clothing or Drip Culture online. Each pair was $18.99 and shipping was $9.88. I have a photo of what I ordered. When the jeans finally arrived, they weren't even close to the style they were selling. They were a completely different style, color, and size.

I tried to contact the company through the Shopify app, but the company had just closed. If you press the "Visit store" button now it just says the products aren't available. The package had a return address for someone named Lorenzo Tomas at 4728 Fountain Ave in Los Angeles. I looked it up and that's a storage place. Since I live in L.A., I actually went there. The storage manager told me no one by that name rents a unit there. I'm out almost $48.
