Calls from supplement company I never ordered from

People keep calling me from a company called Cure Health, they say they’re a supplement company. They want payment to cancel my account with them. They claim I have been getting their product every month but I have never received any products from them.

They have the last four digits of my credit card and say that proves I bought this product. They also have my home address and say the products were sent there. They threaten to send my information to the three credit bureaus. They ask if I want to terminate my account and if I do I have to pay $199.95.

They said they sent me an email on 12/25 and 1/26 but I can’t find any emails from them.
