Ordered a dog toy and got charged for a subscription I never agreed to
I looked it up and saw other people saying the same thing on some complaint sites—that this vendor signs you up for a subscription without telling you. So I went back to the site where I bought the toy and sure enough, they had signed me up for something called “Pupa Paws+” monthly. No idea what that is, never heard of it, and there was nothing at checkout saying I’d be enrolled. My bank actually stopped the payments and refunded me at first, but then they reversed it and the charges started again. Still getting charged.
