Facebook ad for joint cream that claims it's better than knee surgery

I saw this ad on Facebook for a joint cream called CureMedici. They were saying it works better than surgery for bone on bone knee pain. That just didn't sound right to me.

I didn't buy anything so I didn't lose any money. But I wanted to report it because it feels misleading. Their email is [email protected]. I just think it's wrong to advertise something like that to people who are really hurting.
