Ad while playing Scrabble led to a bad chopping board

I was playing Scrabble online and an ad popped up. I ordered a stainless steel prep/chopping board, 30x24 inches. What showed up was a 12x16 inch board, scratched up a lot. Nothing like what I ordered.

The packaging didn't even say Curiovas on it. But the company said I got the item so I guess it was from them. They don't answer my emails at all. I spent $61.79 on this. I finally realized I was scammed. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise like that.
