Ordered products, got wrong sizes and used items, no response

I placed an order for $95 worth of stuff from Curvera. The shipping took forever, I honestly thought it was never coming. It finally showed up today, but everything in the box was the wrong size. All of it looked like it had been used before and just thrown together.

I've tried to contact them four times using the support email they gave. I never get any response back. I even mentioned calling the authorities, but nothing. The whole thing feels off. There was a weird address on something for an Andy Chen in Ridgewood, New York, which seemed strange. The phone number they list for support just says it's vacant when you call.

It all feels like a scam. I'm really disappointed and I hope I don't fall for something like this again.
