Ordered a mattress online, got a smelly cheap comforter instead

I placed an order with Custom Mattress Factory online. The pictures and description on their site do not match what they delivered at all. What I got was a very cheap comforter and it has a terrible smell. I tried to upload photos or a video to show what happened, but it won't let me. I paid $330 for this. Their phone number is 1(800) 979-1924 and they're based in Conover, NC. This isn't what I ordered.
