Strange bank charge with no way to get help

I was looking at my bank account and saw a charge for $29.95. The transaction number is 6BY7109366768241A and it happened on 7-6-26. It says any questions email [email protected] but I am having a really hard time getting anyone to reply.

There was one site that had my bank info and they wanted a fee to look into it. I am getting frustrated with this whole thing. I just want some answers about what this charge is for.
