Ordered a statue but got a picture behind plexiglass instead

I ordered from their website customman.store. The description said I would get a statue. So I paid $84.99. When it showed up it was just a picture behind plexiglass on a base. Not a statue at all.

I tried the email they gave [email protected] but no reply. The phone number is (212) 767-0545 and their address is in NY. I just want what I paid for. Feels like I got tricked.
