Paid for a product from CustomSpins that never arrived

I paid online for a product from CustomSpins back in October. The money came out, about $25. But I never got the item.

I tried emailing them a few times at the two emails on their website. No one ever wrote back. I even sent a message through their Instagram profile. Still nothing.

It’s been months now. No product, no reply, nothing.
