Ordered weight loss patches online and never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook for these advanced micro needle patches for weight loss. It said 4 boxes for 49.95 plus delivery cost so I ordered it. Seemed like a good deal.

They took my money and I never got anything. I tried calling the number they gave, (989) 682-2410, nobody picks up. The website is cvhealthusa.com and the email they used is [email protected]. I looked up the address they had, 6043 primrose ave in Temple City, CA, but it doesn't feel right.

I paid 62.34 dollars total and nothing showed up. No tracking number or anything. Just a bad feeling about the whole thing.
