Paid for dentures from a YouTube ad and got nothing

I saw these commercials on YouTube for dentures and it was from Cvioet. I paid 65 dollars for them. That was it. Never got the product. Tried to get a response from the company but nothing. No reply at all.

I honestly thought I could trust YouTube. I love YouTube but I can't believe they would let scammers have a spot on there like that. Hard lesson learned I guess.
