Got a scary call pretending to be CVS Caremark asking for patient info

I got a call from 888-650-9171 saying they were CVS Caremark. They were phishing for a medical provider's signature from our clinic. What's really bad is they used personal, private information about our patient to do it.

The person screamed at us to give all the information right away. Wouldn't even take a message. He said his name was Oscar, but he had to think about it for like three seconds first.

These people are unbelievable. They stop at nothing to corner you and intimidate you into giving out extremely confidential info. It was a really scary situation.
