Email about CVS rewards I never earned

I got an email from [email protected] saying my ExtraCare rewards balance was $463.27 and it was expiring today. It said I had to use the points right away or lose them. The email looked pretty official with the CVS logo and everything.

But here's the thing, I don't even shop at CVS. So I knew right away it was a scam. They wanted me to click a link to redeem points I never had. I didn't lose any money because I didn't fall for it, but I bet some people might get tricked by this.
