Paid deposit for a puppy and got ghosted after canceling

I put down a $400 deposit on a puppy from their website. The website clearly says if you cancel for any reason you get a refund. Well my husband suddenly fell ill and I just can’t take care of a new puppy right now. I explained that to them and they stopped answering me. No reply to my emails or anything.

Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they gave was (214) 656-8366. The address they listed is 9921 Claymore Dr, Dallas, TX 75243. I don’t know what else to do. I just want my money back like they promised.
