Paid for comics from Dad's Comic Vault and got nothing

I placed an order with Dad's Comic Vault and paid them the full amount, 78 dollars. I never got the product. I waited way longer than they said it would take.

I tried contacting them a bunch of times to find out what was going on or get my money back. They never really answered me or tried to fix it. After I looked them up online I saw a lot of other people saying the same thing – orders not showing up, long waits, and no help getting refunds. So it's not just me.

I just want them to send what I paid for or give me my money back.
