Paid for roof and paint job but they only did the roof and disappeared
The contract was for a roof job and a paint job on our home in Oregon. They did put a new roof on which was fine but they never did the painting work. Just the roof was completed. We already paid them the full amount for everything and now we are stuck having to repay the loan we took out to pay for the whole contract. They ghosted us after that.
We filed a complaint with the CCB but they could never locate them to resolve it. They owe us $11,000.00 for the paint job we never got. They used stall tactics and deceptive practices and would not give us a paint contract even after we asked many times. Just job abandonment.
