Ordered pet trackers that never worked, then got harassed

I was looking for a small pet tracker and found a site comparing different ones from Daily-Short.com. I bought one for $221.48. Three weeks later I got a package with two trackers, but they were poor quality and wouldn't even turn on.

I emailed their support and they offered me a $60 voucher for their own site. I finally got a return address from them, but they said I'd have to pay $70 plus a restocking fee to send it back. I said no and told them I was going to contact the BBB.

Right after that, I started getting bombarded with political emails. I had to block them and close my debit card account so they couldn't take any more money. The address and phone they gave me was in Shanghai.
