"Marshalline"

Got a voice mail from this number while I was away a month ago. They gave the name of a former family member who has been spreading lies about me and said "You have been served." They also gave a case number starting with C and told me to call Marshalline at 866-989-3132. I ignored it. Probably were going to try to get ID info from me for the name of the family member. They must look up legal cases on file and then use random names from them to scam people whose numbers are somehow associated with the person.

Phone call about legal documents with a file number I never heard of

Got a call from 757 356 7969, the guy said his name was Dallas Allen. He said it was urgent about delivery of legal documents, gave me some file number, and told me to call back at 866 989 3132. Said if I didn't respond the department would proceed without my consent.

So I called the number back. Got a customer service agent who told me there was a charge off from First Bank Delaware. I never had a credit card with them. I filed bankruptcy in April 2023 and it was discharged in July 2023.

The person on the line got upset when I said I was going to report this to Ecautious.com and file a lawsuit. She just hung up.
