Voicemail about legal documents for someone I don't know

A guy named Ezekiel Ibarra left a voicemail on my phone. He said he was from something called Dallas County Legal Courier Services Department. He was calling about my son, but he used a name that isn't even my son's name. Said he had "legal documents that require his immediate attention the day of today" and if he didn't call back there would be "further legal action."

He gave a phone number to call, 888-675-3527, and a case number, 2025 dash 291227. He called from 214-983-9063. I don't know who this Raymond person is, and it's not my kid. Felt like a weird way to try and scare someone into calling back. No company name on the voicemail or anything else.
