Ordered Beats Pros but got cheap knockoffs that don’t work
Before I bought them I emailed support and they answered right away. But when I tried to return them and get my money back they just stopped replying. I sent like 5 emails asking for a return address or a refund and nothing. They took my 99.99 dollars and now I’m stuck with these fake headphones.
This whole thing has been the worst. I don’t get how there is no regulation for these fake companies outside the US selling to people here. They should have to say they are overseas upfront.
