Ad showed a good bra but it was cheap material

I saw an ad on my feed for Dani Bloom Bras and the bra in the picture looked like good quality. So I ordered one. When it came it was totally unwearable. The material was just cheap and flimsy, nothing like the ad.

I contacted them at [email protected] and they said they’d give me 20% back. I didn’t accept that. I paid $38 for something I can’t even use. They didn’t offer anything else after that.
