Constant calls day and night about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls all day and even at night from this person named Daniela Torres. She says I am approved for a loan, blah blah blah. She leaves messages saying she's from the personal loan review team with a quick update on my funding request. That my application was re-reviewed and is now nearly approved for about $67,000 pending last steps.

I never applied for any loan. I don't know who this is or how they got my number. The calls just keep coming from (866) 959-0960. It's really disruptive and feels off. I want them to stop.
