Getting constant calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting phone calls from someone named Daniela Torres. She says she's with the credit review department. It's always a voicemail, and it keeps calling from different numbers. I block them all, but then a new number calls.

The message tells me to call 866-959-0960. It says I'm approved for a loan for $67,000. I never applied for any loan. I don't want these calls. Please stop calling me.
