Ad said refundable but no refund after 46 days

I saw their ad online and it said the purchase was refundable if I wasn't satisfied. So I ordered from Danybloom.com. The item I got was really poorly made, not what I expected at all.

I asked for a refund and they made me jump through all kinds of hoops. First they promised they would give me my money back, then they walked back on that promise. Still no refund. They give you 46 days to get a refund but then they just drag the process out so the time lapses and you're stuck. I lost $39.15 on this.

Also I'm pretty sure they sell your information after you order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their address says Boulder, CO but I don't know. Support email is [email protected]. Just beware.

Bras from danybloom.com don't match the size chart

I ordered bras from this website danybloom.com and the size chart they use is way off from the size I normally wear. I tried to tell them about it and they didn't really care. They just said I could order a new size but I'd have to pay an extra $10.50 for shipping or something. Or they offered me a partial refund of 10% back of what I paid. That's not even close to fair. I paid $33.45 total and I just want my money back for a product that doesn't fit. The email I got was from [email protected]. I don't know why they can't just fix this properly. I'm just stuck with these bras that are useless to me.

No reply about returning pants I bought online

I bought 2 pairs of Comfy Ease-Women Cargo Capri Lightweight Cropped Pants from danybloom.com. One in Light Blue and one in Black. When they came I didn't like the material or the look of them at all.

I texted [email protected] right away to ask for a return label and to get my money credited back. They asked for photos of the pants, the size, and the mailing package. The package was mailed from TRANS 203 Broadway n Jersey City NJ 073056. I sent all that info on June 2, 2026 and I haven't heard anything back from them since.

The pants cost $60.07 total. It's August 12, 2026 now and still no answer about returning them. It's a disgrace they can do business like this and just ignore people.

Ordered two bras that never showed up and no one will answer

I ordered two bras from this company. The tracking has said out for delivery since June 20, 2026 but nothing ever came. It still says out for delivery.

I emailed them on June 23, 2026 and all I got back was some auto-generated message asking me to wait 24-48 hours. That time has passed and still nothing. No word from anyone. I asked for a full refund but they just ignore me. Their website is danybloom.com and the address they give is 1942 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302. I lost 39.15 dollars.
