Ordered from a website over a month ago, never got my items

I placed an order on daphtoracosh.com and paid $26.33. I got a confirmation email from some Shopify address, but that was it. It's been more than a month and I haven't received anything.

I tried calling the number they list, (212) 739-0482, but no one ever picks up. They have an address in New York listed too, but who knows if it's even real. I just want what I paid for, or my money back. This is so frustrating.
