Signed a home improvement contract with a 5 year warranty and now they won't answer

We signed a contract with this guy for some home improvement work a couple years ago. It came with a 5 year warranty, that was part of the deal.

Now we are only 2 years in and the paint is already peeling. I tried contacting them to get them to honor the warranty. They just won't return my phone calls or emails anymore. Nothing.
