Robocalls every half hour from someone named Debbie Stancliff

I keep getting these robocalls from spoofed numbers every half hour. They leave voicemails from a computer-generated voice pretending to be Debbie Stancliff, some kind of case manager for the Data Info Center.

On 7/9 I had 6 verified voicemails from them. On 7/10 it was 4. Today, 7/13, I counted 10 already. There's also a bunch of silent voicemails mixed in, but I can't tell if that's the same people or just a robot messing up.

They already got me for $2,000. Said they were from the government or something. I don't know what to do.
