Ordered from Datevance.com and got a completely different product

I ordered from Datevance.com based on what they showed on their website. The product they shipped is nothing like what they advertised. It’s way lower quality, not even close.

When I reached out to them at [email protected] they basically admitted they knew it wasn’t the same. So they just lied in the ads. I lost $39.98 on this. They won’t give me a refund.
