Took my lawn mower in and paid $380 for nothing

I took my lawn mower to this guy Dave. He charged me $380. He said he would fix it. He did absolutely nothing. I don't even know what he did with it.

His phone number is (570) 886-0150. The address is 10087 state RTE 549 in Gillett, PA. He just took my money and that was it. I feel like I got ripped off.
