Five packages of face masks I never ordered

I got 5 packages from Dave Garzaz in 2 days. Each one had a cheap little sample size of a facial mask inside. I didn't order any of this and I sure didn't pay for it.

The return address on the boxes says 70 E Hawthorne, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I have no idea who this person is or why they are sending me stuff. It's just weird getting all these packages I didn't ask for. Feels like some kind of online purchase scam or something.

Empty postal bag sent to my address from Valley Stream

Someone at my address got a package from Dave Garzaz. It was sent from 70 E Hawthorne ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. It came with a USPS tracking number and was priority mail.

But when we opened it, the bag was completely empty. Nothing inside. Just the bag. No idea what this was supposed to be or why it was sent. We didn't order anything from this person. Didn't lose any money but still feels weird to get an empty package like that.

Mail coming every day from a guy named Dave Garzaz with nothing inside

I keep getting mail from this guy Dave Garzaz. Sometimes I get two pieces a day. The envelope is there but there is nothing inside the package. I’m not sure what the scam is. The post office said it’s Russian. I don’t know what to do about it.

Missing Item ???

You mailed me an envelope with an empty envelope inside. No merchandise was in the envelope. Are you a scammer - not forwarding merchandise. I've seen other reviews complaining of the same thing.

Missing item ????

Davve Garzaz you sent me a package with an envelope inside that was supposed to hold the merchandise (whatever it was) but the envelope was EMPTY. Are you scamming people, Sending them envelopes that are empty?
Would you be so kind to reply or send whatever was supposed to be sent in the first place. I see other people giving a review with the same title as this

Got an empty envelope in the mail from someone named Dave Garzaz

I received a USPS APIs 2 oz package on 4/22/26 in a thin gray plastic envelope. Metered sticker was created 4/17/26. It said Dave Garzaz on it. Inside was a second identical neatly folded thin gray plastic envelope, completely empty. I’m at a total loss as to what or who this is. The address on it was 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. No idea what I’m supposed to do with this. Didn’t order anything from anyone named Dave. Just got this in the mail and it doesn’t make sense.
