Phone call saying I won 17.5 million dollars in a lottery

This guy named Dave Walker called me and said I won 17.5 million dollars. He said it was a nationwide lottery and they pick one winner from each state. I told him right then I thought he was trying to scam me because it’s just too good to be true.

He said he would email me to prove he was legit. I never got any email. Nothing. No company name or website or anything. Just a phone number from Nevada. I didn’t lose any money but it just felt strange.
