Ordered a sweater, got charged $249 and nothing arrived

I saw an ad on Facebook for David and Claire Toronto and ordered a sweater. It was on sale for $59.99. But then my credit card got charged $249. That's what's showing on my statement now. I never got any package.

I've lost $180 from this whole thing. I tried tracking the order and it says it hasn't even been picked up for over a week. I emailed them at [email protected], but I didn't get any real help. Nothing makes sense.
