Phone message about legal papers with a file number

Got a voicemail on my phone. It said my name and mentioned some file number 26 dash 1292356. Said they were trying to notify me about delivering "actionable documents" to my address.

The message said I need to call 866-967-1161 right away to talk about these pending actions. Called that number and it's some place called David & Associates. They said this message counts as proof I was notified. No idea what this is about, I didn't lose any money but it feels like a phishing thing.
