Voicemail saying my wages and assets are being reviewed

Got a voicemail from a guy saying his name was David Dorsey. He said his office was going over my wages and where my money comes from and my assets are being verified. He said something about federal law letting him give more details but I could call him back and tell my side of the story.

The number he left was (909) 372-3633 and the address he gave was 675 West Foothill Blvd, Ste 104 in Claremont, CA. It sounds like a debt collection thing but I don't know who they are or what they want. No company name was mentioned in the message.

I didn't call him back. It felt strange getting a voicemail like that out of nowhere with no real information about what this is about.
