Email saying I owe money from a law firm I never heard of

Got an email from someone named David Morgan saying he’s an attorney and I owe money. It came from [email protected] which already seemed weird. No company name or anything just that email address.

They didn’t say how much I owe or what it’s for really. Just that I need to pay something. I haven’t lost any money because I didn’t respond but it felt off. No phone number or website either just that Gmail address.
