Random package showed up from Chicago with no explanation

I got a package from someone named David out of Chicago. I have no idea how or why it showed up. Never ordered anything from whoever this is.

I checked all my credit cards and PayPal and nothing was charged. So I guess that's good but it's still weird getting stuff you didn't ask for. The address on it was 3659 S Ashland Ave in Chicago.

Just feels strange getting a package with no explanation. No idea what I'm supposed to do with it.
