Bought a car part on Facebook and seller changed the shipping deal

I found a seller on Facebook for a car part I needed. We talked and agreed on a price, and he said he would cover all the shipping. So I sent him the money through Zelle.

Right after that he said he used some shipping company and then told me I had to pay another $115 upfront for insurance. He said I’d get that refunded when the part showed up. I told him that didn’t make any sense. I specifically asked him to use FedEx but he used some “Private company” instead.

Now I’m out the $150 and he won’t reply.
