Got an email demanding payment for a loan I never got

I got this email saying I have to pay money for some loan. The thing is, I never received any loan. I've never had a loan in my life, not ever.

The email came from [email protected]. It just showed up out of nowhere. They're telling me I owe money for something I didn't get. That doesn't make any sense to me.
