Someone called my family about a debt I don’t owe

They called my family. I don’t know how they got their numbers. So I called the number back and the guy said he was with Davis and Associates.

I told him I don’t get paid but every three weeks. He said I was lying, that I get paid weekly or biweekly. Then he told me I needed to borrow money and pay right now.

The number was (888) 751-6614 and they are in Maryland. I didn’t lose any money but it felt really pushy and off.

Phone call from rude man saying I was getting served

I got a call from some guy named Orlando who said he was with Davis and Associates. He was extremely rude and hostile, told me I was going to be served. Before he hung up he said he was an independent process service and this was a final attempt to contact me about time sensitive documents that need my signature. He said to call 888-601-1060 to make changes to the location or get info before delivery, and to reference my case number.

Then he said if I didn't call the firm back, further actions would happen without me knowing. Just said "you've been notified" and hung up. No company name on anything, just that number and an email [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt strange.
