Random package from a name I don't know in Hicksville

I got a package I never ordered. It came from someone called "Davve Garzaz" at 290 Duffy Ave in Hicksville NY 11801. I didn't buy anything from them or anyone else that would explain it.

I looked it up and I guess this is a brushing scam thing where they send stuff to fake a sale or review. No money lost on my end but it's weird getting mail from a random address like that. Just wanted to report it so someone knows.
