Ordered a product from Dawnbands and their refund policy is a scam

I bought something from Dawnbands.com. The product I got was really poor quality and not at all like it was advertised on their site.

They advertise a 60-day refund policy. But when I tried to get a refund, they said I have to send the item back to China myself and pay for the shipping. The shipping cost is so high it basically makes the whole refund pointless. I'm out almost $43.

I emailed their support at [email protected] about this, but it's just a runaround. Their policy feels like a trick to get you to give up.
