Ordered two things in April and never got anything back

I ordered 2 products from a company on April 28. Never got any product or any response since. I sent multiple emails and several Facebook messages to the company. Then I found out I’m not the only person having the same issue.

I found a forum for dc prints and there was over a hundred replies about the same problem. Their website is https://dcprintsnv.com/ and email is [email protected]. Still nothing from them.
