Paid $300 for a membership I can't log into

I can't log into my account. I tried to reset my password and got no reply from Nic Bartolotta. He's the one who said if you don't log in regularly you lose your membership. I paid around $300 for this service and now I can't even get in. I contacted them through their email and everything. It just doesn't make sense.
