Ordered a chicken coop and got nothing but excuses

I ordered a chicken coop from their website dealnestypro.shop. The first tracking number they gave me said it didn't pass customs in CA. So they said they would ship another one. Then after weeks of waiting the tracking said it was delivered and signed for.

I never got anything. They went back and forth with me asking if maybe a neighbor signed for it. Then they said check my surveillance cameras to see if someone swiped it. It's a chicken coop. Nobody is swiping a chicken coop off my porch. Total scam. I lost $78.62. Their email is [email protected].
