Bought fake silver coins from dealupgo.com and they won't give me my money back

I bought some silver coins from the website dealupgo.com. After I got them, I took the coins to three different shops to have them tested. Every single one said they were fake.

I tried to get a refund from the company. I emailed them at [email protected] about it. They just won't give me my money back. I'm out $149 for these counterfeit coins.
